8. Contracting, MEP & Maintenance Works
Contracting, MEP, building maintenance, electrical contracting, plumbing works, and repair services are subject to site condition, scope review, manpower availability, material availability, safety requirements, access conditions, and agreed project terms.
- Site inspection or technical review may be required before final quotation or execution.
- Clients must provide access, safety clearance, drawings, system details, and relevant site information.
- Work scope, exclusions, timeline, manpower, materials, and responsibilities must be agreed in writing.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate quotation and approval.
9. Payments & Commercial Terms
Payment terms, advance payment, credit terms, retention, delivery charges, service charges, taxes, and other commercial conditions will be defined in the relevant quotation, invoice, purchase order, service agreement, or contract.
- Unicontra may require advance payment or partial payment depending on the order or service scope.
- Late payment may delay supply, service execution, delivery, or project progress.
- Taxes, duties, logistics, installation, or site service costs may be charged separately unless included in writing.
- Any cancellation, return, replacement, or refund condition must be agreed in writing based on product or service nature.
10. Limitation of Liability
